Campo del Cielo

We had the pleasure of having Bill Cassidy visit CyberSpace. He came to see how we are using the Vision Stations in CyberSpace. Together with Peter Coppin, they are designing an interactice experience exploring the Campo del Cielo meteorite field in Argentina. The stewn field consists of about a dozen craters, and the fall is believed to have taken place about 4000 years ago. Hopefully we will have something up in CyberSpace this summer describing the site.
Bill's visit was actually delayed a couple of days due to a blizzard in Chicago, and I had the interesting experience of telling a famous Antartic explorer not to come out to Adler because the weather was too bad ;)
